Our policy is simple: If you don’t love your proof, you can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it's been approved!

We will work as hard as we can to create a portrait you'll love, but if you just aren't satisfied with your proof and wish not to proceed with your order, please let us know. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund of your order right away.

• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
• Once you have approved your proof, portraits can not be edited, canceled or returned.
• Please be sure you are happy with your proof before approving. Feel free to request edits to get your order just as you desire. We're more than happy to help!
